Hi, Very disappointed with my stay on Saturday night in your Pavillion Room (Not in Pavillion Hotel as expected)
First, I came to check room a few days before was booked and at no time then did you tell me I was not staying at the Pavillion Hotel.
Room was small , no heating , had to ask for a duvet. Furniture in the room was falling to bits, no milk and no power point to boil the kettle unless you want to stand by the TV and use the TV power point.
Very disappointed and didn’t sleep well at all. I have stayed in many hotels in the Paddington area over the years and this was “not good”
You need to tell people the truth when booking because I would have cancelled my booking if I had known the information I found out once there.
